Collaboration and coordination of crisis communication during the corona crisis 2020 (SACK20)
The purpose of the study is to analyze the collaboration and coordination of Swedish authorities' crisis communication during the corona pandemic, and its impact on decision making.
Research questions:
- What communication challenges occured that the collaborating actors needed to handle?
- What worked well (success factors)?
- How were they able to support each other with resources and knowledge?
- How did they develop common communication strategies?
- What characterizes efficient crisis communication collaboration?
