Pulp & Paper Professionals

Pulp&Paper Professionals is a project that aims to advance knowledge of industrial professionals within the area of pulp and paper technology. The project started in july 2020 and runs for two years.

Through a collaboration between Mid Sweden University and a group of associated companies, courses are developed that match the researchers 'expert knowledge and the companies' long-term need for knowledge. The project will contribute to the industrial transformation that is taking place in the forest industry through increased knowledge, innovation and competitiveness of all parties. One of the goals for our research is to contribute to the growth and renewal of the companies that collaborate with us in the research environment called Transformative Technologies. The project also means an opportunity for the university to recruit undergraduate and graduate students and to develop and improve methods for flexible education.
