The COVID‑19 pandemic and mental health
How is our mental health affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?
Facing the exceptional situation of the new Corona virus, SARS-CoV-2, we as individuals and a society have to deal with great changes and challenges. Many people’s lives are profoundly affected socially, economically and health-wise. The research group AMIR is now conducting a study with the purpose of investigating how the situation affects our well-being, and how factors such as isolation, lifestyle changes and worry related to the virus affects our mental health and quality of life.
Data is collected at several points in time through online surveys. The results will be published in scientific journals and thereafter be communicated through other channels of communication.
The survey can be found at Mid Sweden University’s: website, facebook page, Instagram and LinkedIn (when open).
