Presentation of research at Stockholm Gastronomy Conference 2023

In November, Wilhelm Skoglund, Daniel Laven, Emma Björner and Beatrix Schützer presented at Stockholm Gastronomy Conference 2023. Around 200 participants from 18 different countries gathered, including researchers and policymakers from different disciplines, networks policy areas and business sectors.
