Vice‑Chancellors office
Vice-Chancellors office is a part of the University administration.
The Vice-chancellors' office is responsible for:
- meeting administration and preparation of matters for the various meetings of the Board and University Management
- the University’s work with internal governance and control (ISK), operational planning and follow-up
- that data to describe and understand the University’s activities is kept aggregated and made available for analysis and decision making
- specific studies and analyses related to the university's activities
- system ownership of several systems/tools
- registering at the University’s centralised registers documents received and drawn up
- archiving questions at Mid Sweden University; including archival premises, archival records, e-archives, conservation and thinning issues and support for the University’s archivists and other staff in archival matters
- aid for the procurement of goods and services at the University
- legal advice on the rules applicable to the university on various educational issues, in connection with, among other things, research applications and collaborations and issues related to the authority.
