Staff Weeks and language courses
Universities sometimes organize "Staff Week" or "International Week" to host international visitors for professional development. "Staff Weeks" concentrate visitors to one week, usually within specific themes or topics.

Participation in a Staff Week or job shadowing does not require an Erasmus+ exchange agreement between institutions/organizations.
