The Management Council is tasked with discussing and preparing cross-cutting issues that span education, research and collaboration issues. The Management Council also discusses issues related to operations such as business plan, risk analysis, activity plan and budget.

Pre-meeting

Before each management council, the administrator and the vice-chancellor have a pre-meeting. The completed Missive must always accompany the case file (the template is available in Word). Matters should be emailed at least 10 days before the meeting to ULS.
