Cooperation for the provision of skills at industrial establishments
The purpose of the study is to demonstrate how an innovative and collaborative function for education can be designed to strengthen regional skills provision.
The study will also assess how the continued work on the development of the regional collaboration function can receive external funding from external grant providers.
The study is based on two research questions:
- How can different educational actors collaborate with each other and with the surrounding environment to create favorable conditions for regional skills provision?
- How can the theoretical framework for the educational ecosystem (and related scientific fields) be applied to create an understanding of the mechanisms that can contribute to effective collaboration for regional skills provision?
