Trust‑based governing within social services

The study focus on how trust-based governing plays out in an organisation as well as how a digital social media platform can be utilized for organisational learning.

The organisation comes from a New Public Management persepctive and shifts focus to trust-based governing. The central core is to grasp how the new ways of governing plays out on different levels in the organisation. We study one organisational units strive to shift their management strategies, and at the same time implement a digital social media platform to facilitate communication within the unit in the process of working in line with trust-based governing and merge five units togheter to one.

This is a project in collaboration with Timrå municipality in accordance with the collaboration agreement.
